Metastatic Sites and Symptoms of ILC

If you have been diagnosed with lobular breast cancer (ILC), it’s important to know where lobular breast cancer can metastasize and the symptoms.  ILC can metastasize (spread) to common sites such as the bones, lungs and liver.  However it can also spread to unusual sites such as the ovaries, reproductive tract and the stomach and GI tract.  ILC can metastasize many years after diagnosis.  Report any of these symptoms to your oncologist.
