LBCA is excited to have Patient Advocate Advisory Board Chair, Irene Jamieson, join its Board of Directors. Irene has been a member of the PAAB since 2022 and has had a significant impact in many of LBCA’s most important initiatives to raise awareness and expand patient resources for individuals facing a diagnosis of invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC). Irene was diagnosed with ILC in 2018 after it had been missed on mammograms.
