LBCA Introduces Comprehensive Training on Lobular Breast Cancer for Patient Advocates

LBCA is working with Scientific Advisory Board members and other ILC researchers and clinicians to compile a comprehensive training for patient advocates on Lobular Breast Cancer. The first video in this training series  includes presentations from Dr. Sherry Shen, breast medical oncologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Dr. Julia Foldi, breast medical oncologist at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center on:

• Early stage Lobular Breast Cancer including treatment, neoadjuvant therapy, adjuvant therapy and lobular signature
• Unresolved questions in recurrence and monitoring and the treatment / response monitoring in a metastatic setting
