Cynthia Blevins Doll

Cynthia Blevins Doll is a seasoned attorney with over 30 years of legal practice, who focuses on litigation, employment law and corporate affairs. She currently serves as the Vice President, Legal and Corporate Affairs for Lucet, a healthcare company providing behavioral health managed care, in-home assessments and in-home primary care. At Lucet, she manages all aspects of litigation, employment law, risk management and corporate affairs. She has been in that role for almost five years. Previously, Cynthia served as a partner in the national employment law firm of Fisher Phillips and the large regional law firm of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs. Throughout her career, Cynthia has been an active litigator in state and federal courts, and acts as a trusted advisor to employers on employment and labor law. She has served on law firm and corporate leadership committees, including women’s leadership groups, associate evaluation committees and diversity workgroups. She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Louisville Bar Foundation, whose mission is to raise and distribute funds for the delivery of legal services to those in need. Cynthia is a lobular breast cancer survivor, having been diagnosed in 2020, despite having regular mammograms that were always clear. At that time, she found the resources provided by the LBCA to be immensely helpful in understanding this disease, and she is excited now to be in a position to give back by serving on the LBCA Board of Directors. She lives in Louisville, Kentucky, where she is married with two adult children and one grandchild. She enjoys travel, exercise, singing and spending time with family.

Lisa Pellegrino

Lisa is Senior Vice President of Digital Operations at Korn Ferry, where she leads global teams across product operations, delivery, implementation, compliance, and support. With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, she specializes in organizational transformation, operational excellence, and technology-enabled growth. Throughout her career, she has focused on building collaborative teams and bringing people with different perspectives together around a shared purpose. Lisa joined the LBCA Board to help advance understanding of ILC, accelerate research, and ensure patients and healthcare professionals have access to trusted, evidence-based information about this distinct subtype of breast cancer. As a Board member, she is committed to helping LBCA expand its reach, strengthen partnerships across patient, clinical, and research communities, and attract greater awareness and investment in ILC research.

Jane Rozina

Jane is a healthcare executive and actuary with more than 20 years of experience advising organizations on health, wellbeing, and workforce strategies. She currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Health Solutions for Aon’s West Region, where she leads health benefits consulting and workforce health initiatives across the western United States. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Simon Fraser University and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Jane was diagnosed with Stage IIIA ILC in early 2025 after receiving a clear mammogram less than a year earlier. Following her diagnosis, she found LBCA to be an invaluable source of education and support that helped her better understand lobular breast cancer and become an informed collaborator in her care. Grateful for the resources she found through LBCA, Jane joined the Board to help raise awareness, advance research, and accelerate progress toward improved imaging and treatment options specific to ILC. She is passionate about helping ensure future patients and families have access to better information, earlier diagnoses, and more effective treatments.
