Biomarkers to Detect Endocrine Therapy Resistance
Researcher: Dr. Marina Sharifi
This pilot observational study is being done to identify possible biomarkers of response to endocrine therapy in patients with ER/PR+ metastatic lobular breast cancer (LBC) starting new endocrine therapy. This study is being funded in part by an LBCA/SNMMI ILC imaging grant.
Longitudinal Tumor Burden Quantification Using Circulating Tumor DNA in Metastatic Lobular Breast Cancer
Researcher: Dr. Julia Foldi
This study is enrolling women with metastatic invasive lobular carcinoma (mILC) who have not yet started endocrine treatment. The goal of this study is to characterize early dynamic changes in ctDNA, which can aid in tailoring early therapy in patients with mILC.

Researcher: Dr. Julia Sutcliffe, PhD
This is a prospective study using [68Ga]Ga DOTA-5G PET/CT imaging in patients diagnosed with metastatic/advanced invasive lobular breast cancer (LBC).
