LBCA partnered with Living Beyond Breast Cancer (LBBC) to present Medical Update: Metastatic Lobular Breast Cancer at LBBC’s Virtual Conference on Metastatic Breast Cancer June 13 and 14, 2020.

LBCA Scientific Advisor Rachel C. Jankowitz, MD led this presentation.  Dr. Jankowitz discusses an overview of lobular breast cancer and its differences and current clinical trials focusing on refining treatments for lobular breast cancer.   Dr. Jankowitz concludes by presenting two case studies of patients with lobular metastatic disease.

Dr. Jankowitz is Director, Rena Rowan Breast Center at the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine and the Penn Abramson Cancer Center Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine, Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology, Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania
