LBCA’s cross-country Lobular Breast Cancer Awareness Tour concludes on October 15th in Massachusetts. Launched after the ILC Symposium in San Francisco on September 26th, the tour has traveled to over 20 cities, and visited 5 hospital ILC programs, athletic events, and many advocate gatherings to raise awareness of ILC and share educational resources.

Now on the east coast in New Jersey and New York, the tour will conclude in Massachusetts with events at Dana-Farber Cancer Center in Boston and in Plymouth at Pilgrim Memorial Park.  Read more about the tour, see highlight videos and follow the remaining stops here.

Additional events are happening around the world to commemorate the awareness day on October 15th, including in Australia, Canada, France, and The Netherlands plus in California, Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts and Texas.

Plus, the LBCA Awareness Tour made a stop at Dr. Eleonora Teplinsky while in New Jersey and Executive Director, Laurie Hutcheson will be featured on the Interlude: Women’s Cancer Stories podcast airing on October 15th.
