LBCA is excited to welcome LBCA Local Advocacy Team member, Julie Ray as our new Volunteer Treasurer. Julie is a retired Chief Financial Officer with over two decades of nonprofit business experience working in the independent education industry. Julie provides LBCA with financial oversight, strategy, reporting and compliance support.
