We are proud to recognize the U.S. states that have officially issued proclamations declaring October 15, 2026, as Lobular Breast Cancer Awareness Day! This year, state proclamations were received from Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Texas, and Wisconsin.

In addition, the Massachusetts State Senate unanimously passed legislation to permanently recognize October 15 as Lobular Breast Cancer Awareness Day each year. During LBCA’s Lobular Breast Cancer Awareness Tour stops in Massachusetts, State Senator Rebecca Rausch visited the LBCA team to share the exciting news. The legislation now moves to the Massachusetts House of Representatives for consideration.
