The Lobular Breast Cancer Alliance Inc. (LBCA) is an independent nonprofit organization focused on raising awareness about and promoting much needed research on invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC). Lobular breast cancer accounts for up to 15% of all new breast cancer diagnoses each year.

Metastatic ILC (mILC),  which is ILC that has spread from the breast or from the local lymph nodes to a different part of the body, represents a smaller portion of this population. LBCA is conducting a survey to collect information about the experiences of people living with mILC. If this is your circumstance, we invite you to complete the survey.

This study and survey have been reviewed by an independent IRB. It has been determined that the survey poses minimal risks to participants and is considered exempt from a full IRB review.
